　One of our mission is to provide compassionate general medical care for daily life in Sugito-Takanodai town. We take care of acute illunesses such as bronchitis, pneumonia, and gastrointestinal symptoms; lifestyle-related diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, gout; immune-related diseases such as hay fever (pollen allegy), asthma. We cooparate with general hospitals nearby in need of inpatient care or detail examination. Especially for computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and gastrointestinal endoscopy, we directly make an appointment at general hospitals as joint use. 
　We also take care of children 6 mo old to 15 yrs old and provide vaccinations.

Hematology

　In north-east Saitama area, there is not a lot of institutes that provide care for hematological disease and sometimes people need to travel a while to receive services.
　We provide an integrated medical practice for anemia, polycythemia, disorder of white blood cells, platelets disfunction, bleeding tendency, and swelling of lymphnodes. 
　Dr. Arito Yamane does outpatient clinic at Hematology depertment in Dokkyo Medical University Koshigaya Hospital as an adjunct associate professor. We cooparate in need of brand-new therapy or hospitalization. We also provide care for allergic diseases with a background of extensive basic science experience in immunological field at NIAMS, National Institute of Health, US.
